Highly performing remote working FinTec recruitment business, sourcing a variety of tech positions into Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and HFT organisations. This amazing business has very good client relationships and terms with many large well respected Hedge Funds in the USA mainly but some clients in the Rest of the World. They carry out retained search assignments for very niche specialist roles. The business is small but growing.

Role

You will be working as a Senior Delivery Consultant carrying out 1 to 2 search assignments at a time. You will work in tandem with the company owner and recruiter who will carry out all the client elements of the position.

You will be looking to find 4 to 5 good CV’s per week of relevant and screened talent to pass onto the owner who can manage the process with the client. He will also assist with closing the candidates if needs be.

You will be an expert sourcer, you will take an analytical, methodical and intelligent approach to the search process. This is not a role where you will be on the phone all day, you will be marketing the roles, researching, analysing, searching on LinkedIn, mapping the market, making detailed specific and targeted approaches to very relevant talent. You will maintain a very high level of professionalism and gravitas and will have an excellent LinkedIn profile and personal brand.

Selling Points

• This is a 100% remote role you can live anywhere in the UK. Being in the South East would be a benefit but not a necessity.
• Average deal size is £40k
• Fees charged are 30% in most cases of the total remuneration package, not just the basic. Salaries are higher in the USA too so you will make a huge amount of commission on each placement.
• Flat 25% commission per placement
• No business development
• No client contact so you can increase the amount of time you are sourcing and make a huge number of placements
• The owner and recruiter in the company have placed 38 people in 1.5 years making their revenue per year more than £1 million already
• Salary will be paid subject to experience and individual past performance and relevance to the role. Finding the right person is the biggest priority and the salary expectations will be accommodated within reason.

Requirements

• Experience in hiring specialist perm positions
• Experience hiring IT positions, ideally into investment banking, hedgefunds and fintech is strongly preferred
• You will need to be highly intelligent, analytical, commercial and methodical in character
• You will need to be happy working at home alone and to not be on the phone for much of the day, you will need to be someone who can self-motivate and maintain focus whilst carrying out repetitive, methodical and sometimes slow search processes
• Someone very money motivated and who wants to be working hard, full time and giving their everything to support the owner to make placements for clients, these clients will be won and roles taken on the basis that the company will be filling the position you need to do everything you can to make that happen.
• You will have a 2:1 degree or above
• You will have 2 years recruitment experience as a minimum
• You must already be living in the UK and full permanent work rights
• You must have experience hiring into USA, UK or Europe
