Higher Success Ltd provide the platform for success for recruiters wanting to be a partner, using our resources, clients and even in some cases candidates you will work for yourself with total flexibility and an abundance of support.

As a team we help each other, support each other, send each other candidates, pool ideas and we decide on key business decisions with our partner’s input. It is a team effort.

You will receive 65% of the placement fee even for company key accounts.

About Us

To work with Higher Success you...

Must be a UK citizen and be able to be a company director
Will be an experienced recruiter ideally with a background hiring in general staffing, rec2rec, HR recruitment or sales people. You might also be an internal recruiter, most of our team were before joining.
Have personal drive and determination and a strong team approach
You will want to own your own business and work hard to achieve good results
