An international well established recruitment agency specialising in tech hires accross Europe (within Finanical Service clients) are seeking a Delivery Consultant/Junior Account Manager to join their team with progression in future to Account Manager.
£26K to £28K base (with some flexibility for right candidate) plus £500-£700 commission for each successful placement moving to £1K to £1200 per placement once you progress to Account Manager. OTE year 1 is £40K to £50K as a Delivery Consutlant/Junior Account Manager and OTE once promoted to Account Manager is £80K with some on the team earning over £100K
- Supporting one or two key clients (international global matrix structure organisations) in their recruitment hiring
- The Account Manager will manage the relationship with client and providing continuous support and communication and progress reports
- providing high level customer service whilst securing the best talent for their teams
- Working on a range of contract and perm roles
- The succesful Delivery Consultant will work as a 270 recruiter, managing full life cycle from sourcing to offer.
- Working to increase performance on account and increase opportunities and connections within the business to help grow the account over time.
- Pass leads to the BD team
- Working on roles within UK, Ireland, Luxembourg and all around Europe.
The right candidate
- Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years recruitment experience
- You will need at least 1 years Tech recruitment experience managing full life cycle process with clients
- You will need excellent proactive sourcing and Linkedin Recrutier skills
- Ideally you will have experience working on a large account with a large global organisation.
- It would be most beneficial if you have hired tech roles into Financial Service clients such as Asset Management previously.
