The Company
Small to midsized specialist (30 people, £12million turnover), multi-branched, international recruitment agency; focusing on IT, Tech and Digital markets. The company offer perm and contract recruitment services to anyone from start up to ftse 100 level. The business are very specialist and work with clients often on senior perm positions, interim searches, retained and executive search and they consult on diversity and inclusion as well as employer branding. The business also provides RPO solutions.
The Role
- London Office – Exact location to be determined (Hybrid on Fridays, two days to be discussed at interview)
- IT, Tech, Digital Roles paying above £60k
- Hiring mainly perm roles (some contract) into UK and Europe
- You will do a Billing Manager position for a new office build. The company has two very successful locations in Surrey and Kent and are keen to open a London office. They have funding initially for a Billing Manager and four senior consultants to start imminently as they have private equity investment
- You will come in and build the office, select a location, hire your own team and build London. The company have a strong brand name and turnover £12million already so this is a great opportunity to make your own mark but leverage something strong.

What are they looking for?
- 360 Recruitment Experience in IT, Tech or Digital
- Management experience within recruitment
- Desire to do business development is important initially and lead by example maintaining client relationships even as you drop BD responsibility as your team grows
- Experience and understanding in Perm Recruitment is essential, it would be amazing if you have contract experience also or have a strong understanding and have managed contract recruiters. Most of the current business service Perm but opening a new office a dual skillset would be very useful.
