My client, a growing specialist Tech recruitment agency in London are looking for an experienced 360 contract manager. This is a no2 position in the Business reporting directly into the MD and growing another arm of their business.
The role
- Hiring into Germany (Experience of DACH market very useful)
- Managing Juniors and Experienced Recruiters starting with one direct report and then growing the team over time.
- 360 contingency recruitment
- You can come from any tech recruitment background
- You will be mentoring on desk and day to day management of the team
Your experience
- You will most likely have at least 4 years of recruitment experience and have mentored or managed 360 recruiters with success in the past
- You must love recruitment and want to lead from the front in a hands on role
- This can be a billing recruitment role or a non-billing role. Over time you will move to be non-billing as you add team members anyway
The package
- Ideally up to 80k but would pay more up to 110k for the right person
- Existing business in place to walk into, lots of large accounts on Perm side of the business to transition to contract market
- Well established and successful recruitment company
- Head up the whole of Contract Division over time, being the first leader in this area
- Commission up to 30% on your billings.
- Unlimited annual leave!!!!!!!!!!
- Team override of 2%
- This role can be based in London, Bristol, Swindon, Penzance or surrounding areas
