My client a White Collar Construction agency in Canary Wharf are looking for a  Recruitment Resourcer to join them to work directly for the MD with one to one mentoring and training. Ideally you will have at least 6 months recruitment experience either as a Resourcer or as a 360 consutlant. 

They are open as to whether they hire someone with construction recruitment experience or from another market. Either way it would be most beneficial if you have worked on perm roles with success in proactive sourcing and linkedin headhunting skills.

Attitude and drive and professionalism is the most important for the successful candidate. The role can then progress on the resourcing side or to consultant down the line, however they do need someone whom enjoys resourcicng and would like ideally to stay in a resourcing role for some time due to the high amount of roles they are working on and the support they need. 

You will be working very closely with the MD of the business, with one to one mentoring and training to become very successful.   

The role;-

• Writing Adverts for clients jobs and advertising on a range of job boards and social media
• Screening applications
• Searching job boards and proactively using LinkedIn to approach candidates that aren't actively available on the market.
• Conducting screening calls with candidates to assess their skills and experience and to assess if you have any suitable roles with clients. 
• Writing candidate summaries and formatting CV's to submit details to clients. 
• Working very closely with the consultants to keep up to date on which clients are hiring and what they are looking for so that you can find the best possible talent for them to put in front of their clients. 
• Future opportunity to learn Business Development and client management and be a full consultant should you wish to in future. 

 The successful candidate will be be very hard working and driven, and career orientated, and have a strong drive for earning money and also providing a high level of customer service. 

Full training and support will be provided and there is commission for every person you place into a role. Commission is realistically £20K to £30K a year as the scheme goes from 5% to 15% depending on how many placements you make, which is a very very competitive scheme for a candidate focussed role in this market.
