The company?
- International IT recruitment agency
- Large accounts and RPO business and a small 360 team that needs expanding
Package
- 50 to 60k, Plus individual commission of about 30-40k plus team override (flexible for the right person). Total package will be 100k plus.
The basics
- Hybrid, 3 days a week in London Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- The Sales Director now is on promotion track within a couple of years to MD and wants the next Sales Director to be this hire, to come in grow the 360 arm then manage everything, accounts, RPO and 360 teams within a couple of years.
Key Components of the role
- Manage the 360 client development strategy (with input from director if needed)
- Continue to support existing junior consultants
- Hire trainees via the company academy and train and develop them to promotion
- Look after Perm hiring for the business
- 50% your own desk and 50% team management and division building
- You will be a billing lead with a target of your own
- You can come from any perm tech stack recruitment wise and be happy to build a diverse variety of tech stacks in the team
What are they looking for?
- Agency recruitment experience of at least 3 years
- You will have mentored/ managed a small team already in recruitment. You might have managed a larger team too but must be passionate about growing a division.
- Someone very ambitious who will put in the hard work to take over the management of all fee earners over a few years period
- A recruiter who is passionate about 360 tech recruitment and will motivate and inspire others to be the same, who leads by example and loves winning new business
