My client a very successful and growing Construction recruitment agency based near West Malling, Kent are looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join their team.

The agency covers blue collar, trades and labour and White-collar roles in a range of construction industries. They are open to consultants that have a resourcing, delivery, account management or 360 background.

• Parking onsite (free)
• 4 days in the office (1 from home)
• 3pm finish on a Friday

• 15% to 30% commission on billings

Ideal candidate

• Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience in recruitment
• You will ideally have experience recruiting in a built environment sector and have done construction recruitment however this isn't essential. They can cross train on market
• Ideally you will have Business Development experience, however they will also look at delivery and candidate focused consultants.
• You will need a car and driving licence as you will be required to visit sites to meet clients.
