My client a multi-office, growing Industrial and generalist recruitment agency are looking for Perm recruiters that want the flexibility to work from home and attend the office for occasional meetings and catch ups with up to 40% commission! (of the total amount billed!)  

You could also choose to work in the offices (they have several North Kent/London border office locations to choose from) should you prefer a hybrid work solution. 

They are very established and have large accounts and clients with multinational global businesses. There are lots of opportunities to cross sell into current clients  and also to reconnect with previous clients. Because of their current markets it would make sense if you were an Industrial, Engineering, Technical or Office support recruiter. They also do Life sciences if you have a background in this area. You could also come from another market should you wish to set up a new Perm division in another market for their business, this is also something they will look at.

• Has clients and relationships to bring over longer term
• Is a 360 recruiter that can do BD and build a desk
• Works on Perm roles ( you can have had a dual desk in past, as long as you are happy to focus on perm now)
• Has 3 plus years 360 recruitment experience, so they can work autonomously
• Would like to work remote/have very flexible working environment
