This large brand named recruitment company based near Liverpool Street are seeking experienced recruiters to join them with more than a year's recruitment experience from a variety of disciplines. The basics
· Hybrid recruitment role with a few days in the office every week. Finish at 12 on a Friday (this equates to an extra 26 days of annual leave a year)
. All desks are warm or hot desks with existing business and relationships to pick up
. All desks are predominantly contract, but you can come from contract or perm background
· Paying up to 50k on basic salary
· Starting between January and February depending on your availability
· Suitable for people who are passionate about leading recruiters and have a strong recruitment background themselves
. If you want to progress to management now or in the near future this is the place to do it, the long term incentive plans just paid out for the last 3 years to managers with people on the plan earning between 200k and £1.2million
. Teams in this business are run as unique and boutique specialist business units, there isn't a one size fits all because what works in one unit won't work in another, your manager will be entrepreneurial with full P and L responsibility to drive their business forward how they need to, this is the absolute best place to become a leader
. This is not a stuffy, corporate or bureaucratic environment
What are they looking for?
.A strong recruitment background, 1 year absolute minimum experience (all within the same company if it is a year, ideally they are looking for 2 years plus)
· You will come from a 360 recruitment role
· Proactive and hard working, able to work without KPI's as these are only set for you if you want them
