A long established highly successful and very high billing agency are hiring 4 Senior consultants to join ASAP.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office based in Vauxhall SW London, (this will increase as you progress in the business)

• Specialist SAAS recruitment business are hiring several 360 recruitment consultants to join their highly successful team.
• RPO, Retained, Contingent and Exec Search projects.
• Range of levels up to Exec levels (High volume senior level roles) usually on a sole agency basis
• Recruit into UK, Europe, Northern USA, Middle East and APAC
• They are growing a delivery team to support on hiring (you will still get full commission on placements)

The ideal Candidate

• Experience hiring into SAAS market
• You can come from a Sales or Tech recruitment background
• Ideally you will be a Senior or Principal consultant level with 2 plus years experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Ideally you will have experience recruiting internationally although this isn't essential
• Experienced at sourcing and placing all levels of roles from £30K to £150K plus
• They are also looking for someone with interest in setting up a new international location for them (all locations considered)
• Strong BD experience and success winning business on contingent, retained or RPO basis.
• Team orientated
• Hard working and very driven, this is a team with exceptionally high billers
