A rare opportunity to be hired remote for a very well established recruitment agency with a higher base salary as a recruitment resourcer/ cooridnator. The role is a mixture of resourcing and candidate generation and admin working with a very high billing Director on high volume Perm Sales and Marketing roles.

The Director places £500K worth of roles a year with average value of £5K, so they make over 100 placements a year on perm roles. They are looking for someone that really loves the intitial part of the recruitment process, in terms of generating candidates qualifying candidates speaking to people on the phone and getting interest. They will then manage the entire process moving forwards. 

The role will be quite heavily based upon marketing and admin and also calling a high volume of candidates in the £20-£35K salary bracket. 

• Post job adverts
• Write Job descriptions
• Market roles on linkedin, social media and job boards to generate applications and interest
• Search very well established internal database and contact relevant candidates to gain interest in roles
• Screen applications
• Gather leads for consultants 
• Write candidates notes and summaries
• Update database with CV's and notes 
• Other ad hoc tasks and research for the Director

The ideal candidate

• Proven ability to work under own direction, either remotely or in an office. 
• Proven success within recruitment 
• Someone who really enjoys qualifying and finding candidates and likes the admin and process part of the role too.
• Need to be able to meet in London once a month for a team event and meeting
• Very strong communication, you will be in constant contact with the Director all day and speaking all day on the phone to candidates. Also need good written communication for writing adverts and profiles. 
• Very driven and self motivated to work hard

There can be some degree of flexibility on hours etc if needed.
