Higher Success are a Rec2Rec specialist recruitment agency. We specialise in placing recruitment professionals into Recruitment Agencies, Executive Search businesses and Internal recruitment teams. We specialise in roles in Kent, London and surrounding areas and in Europe. We work with a massive range of businesses from start ups to top 10 fortune 500 companies. 

We are very well connected and have a great reputation in the market. 90% of our business and clients come to us from referrals or from hearing of us in the market, as such we are very busy and consistently have 30-50 roles to work on at any one time. 

We are looking for Resourcers to join our business due to increased demand and live roles. 

As a resourcer you can choose and cherry pick which roles you would like to work on, and have input into which roles the team go after in terms of business development to ensure you work on roles you enjoy filling. 

The role:-

  • Write job adverts and post on a variety of job boards and Linkedin 
  • Update the database with CV's, applications and application status etc, and make CRM updates tracking candidates processes. (We also have an admin assistant whom will do some of this process)
  • Do linked in posts and social media posts to attract candidates, or to market top candidates to attract attention of potential clients. 
  • CV searches on Job boards using bullion searching.
  • Screen applications and match to current opportunities with clients
  • Do first stage screening calls with candidates and talk to them about role options. 
  • Write up a candidate summary from screening calls for consultants to them market with clients. 
  • Book interviews and help manage process when required. 
  • Close contact and communication with the Recruitment consultants to make sure you understand all live roles and requirements you are sourcing for.  
  • Research on current clients to understand them fully to advise options properly to candidates. 

The ideal candidate:-

  • Will have at least 2 years recruitment experience, either internally, as a resourcer or a 360 Recruitment Consultant. 
  • You will ideally have experience of proactively sourcing candidates in a candidate scarce market. 
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Self motivated to work remotely (but with daily team contact and regular calls and team calls)
  • If you have experience hiring recruiters this would be really beneficial but it is not essential at all. 
  • Proactive and able to work under own imitative. 
  • Someone whom is willing to learn, take advice, and try new ideas. 
  • Friendly and approachable and great telephone manner

  • Full time or Part time. (OTE significantly reduces if you are Part- Time)
  • OTE year 1 £35K-£50K but could be significantly higher depending on your experience. 
  • Laptop, IT and all systems and tools are provided as is full training 
  • Innovative and up to date technology including video interviewing and skills based assessments for candidates. 
  • Excellent reputation in market, and very good recommendations and referrals (see our linkedin pages for more details) We have very close working relationships with our clients and deliver a quality service.
  • Very minimal rebates paid (less than 5% of placements)
