A specialist non-tech recruitment company based in central Canterbury are seeking experienced recruitment consultants to join their team. This position is Hybrid. They are paying £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
Selling Points
- Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission of the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earnt £30,000 for this business you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high earning role.

Requirements
- You will need at least 1 year of recruitment agency experience
- You will have strong verbal communication and relationship building skills and have a positive attitude, an optimistic approach
- You will have a strong desire to achieve and be successful and proven success in an area of your life whether that is work or extracurricular activities
- You will be a strong written communicator with high level of problem-solving skills and situational judgement
