Kings Hill, Maidstone based recruitment company seeking experienced recruiters with delivery/ resourcing experience or 360 experience.

The Role

• The company are small and expanding and so you can come in and do a delivery, 360 or account management position.
• These are the markets that they cover
• Construction, Fit Out, Social Housing, Data Centres, Facilities etc.  They are also open to new markets and managers to build new teams.
• If you have recruitment experience and are looking for a role in North Kent/ Maidstone/ Tonbridge and Malling/ Essex area then it is well worth us speaking about this option

The Selling Points

• Hybrid – one day work from home and one day site visits. You will be given a patch near your home so if you are Essex or Kent London borders you can do client visits near your home.
• Longer lunches for Gym goers and special wellness packages to look after mental health etc. They are big on looking after wellness of their team reducing stress etc.
• Finish 3pm on a Friday
• Long term career progression, option to hire a team to progress quickly, fast track to management, will progress good people fast as they grow and promote from within wherever possible.
• Base salary and commission will be tailored to make you happy in the hiring process and depending on whether you are doing 360 or resourcing or account management.
• Working very closely with the business owner whom has 10 years experience in the industry, so will be in very good position to learn and be mentored by someone very successful and experienced.

What do they look for?

• 180 or 360 recruiters of all levels. Ideally with construction market experience but others also looked at with case-by-case basis.
• Office based in Kings Hill, Kent, (they have parking) Need someone with a driving licence as they will be doing Site visits to clients.
• Tenacious, hardworking driven people, that want to grow the business together as a team, that are invested for growth and making the business successful long term.
• Positive upbeat people that will push each other and celebrate together etc.
• Happy for people to travel far, someone comes from Essex now and drives over as they only come in 3 days a week so can be bit more open on areas we recruit from
