My client, a very long established, well respected search agency, is looking to grow it's billing team with experienced Executive Search Consultants.

They will look at hiring at a number of levels, and are seeking someone with at least a year executive search experience for their Life Science team.

You could be an experienced life science executive search consultant or you could have experience hiring C-Suite and Exec levels in another market. You could also be an experienced 360 Life science recruiter from an agency contingent background, that has experience hiring at Director level plus and wants to switch to an executive search environment. 

• They are seeking an Executive Search Consultant with excellent negotiation and client facing skills to establish and maintain relationships with key target businesses. 
• Network and develop long term relationships with existing and new clients
• Deliver consultative solutions to clients to actively grow business
• Work closely with the research and delivery team to ensure you provide a streamlined and strategic sourcing solution to clients.
• Ensure a true partnership with clients to fully and comprehensibly understand their strategic and financial goals and offer suitable hiring solutions to help better your clients business. 
• Provide clients with very detailed candidate profiles

• Very strong Research and Delivery team to support you in ensuring the business you win is placed with the best talent on the market, ensuring you maintain long term relationships with clients. The delivery team have a very high fill rate which ensures you can focus on business development and client side relationships. 
• A supportive and collaborative mature environment where team work to ensure best possible client result is of the up most importance. 
• Salary depending on experience but likely to be around £50K to £90K (with 2 years plus experience and successful and proven billing and new business generation history)
• Near mainline train station in central London
• Option to work 1 or 2 days from home.
