Billing Manager - Tech Recruitment

High growth tech recruitment agency in Kent are seeking a Billing Manager to aid the growth and development of the business.

The role

• Hiring into USA or Europe
• Contract and Perm
• Managing Juniors and Experienced Recruiters
• 360 Recruiter or delivery focused yourself but must have client skills, account management experience, have done BD successfully in the past and must be able to manage 360 recruiters
• You can come from any tech recruitment background
• You will be mentoring on desk and day to day management of the team, initially you are likely to have 3-7 consultants and this can grow over time

Your experience

• You will most likely have at least 4 years of recruitment experience and have mentored or managed 360 recruiters with success in the past
• You must love recruitment and want to lead from the front in a hands on role, they are open minded as to whether this is placing candidates, picking up new clients or account managing but your presence alone without any management should increase deals in itself
• You will be wanting to work for an ambitious company and become more senior you could progress to own the whole of the US market or Europe or start your own office etc. There really is lots of potential here.

The package

This is flexible depending on the individual but this is a high priority role for the growth of the organisation so it is essential that they take the right person, there is strong flexibility because of this.
