Working very closely as part of the internal recruitment team we are trusted with a large number of strategically important positions with Line Managers and the TA team working with us seamlessly and cohesively. Candidates were interviewed for positions in Talent Acquisiton, Diversity, HR, Early Careers, Project and Transformation roles and others.

•    Implemented a shared CV submission tracker to enable Amazon to manage the pipeline with us. This was very successful using project software to communicate between the team on all candidates and worked as a workflow for actions

•    No client complaints or issues. All candidates interviewed had the right personality fit and were strong candidates but didn’t pass one or more competencies. We received feedback that all candidates were relevant and of a high quality

•    Implemented a screening process with video interviews and TA/HR Skills Matrix’s so in-depth HR skills could be mapped on a matrix and reviewed against job specs. This increased accuracy in mapping candidates to the right role first time
•    Nearly all candidates were mapped to the right role first time which is especially significant in a company of such scale with hundreds of potential positions internally
