Saas RPO recruitment business, very successful and several years into their start up journey, looking for a manager to come in and scale the business with the owners.
The Role
- This position is full time, permanent and 100% in the office 5 days a week in Victoria London.
- IT recruitment manager position
- Existing team members to be managed, coached and developed. The team are performing well but the owners don’t have the time to scale the team as well as their own responsibilities
- No Business development is needed
- You will have a small target to resource into existing accounts
- You will be improving delivery, ensuring a good customer service, improving systems and processes, hiring new team members, scaling the operations of the team, working with the owners to add the right infrastructure and tools as the team grows in size
- You will have client interaction but will no be the only senior person managing the companies RPO clients

What are they looking for?
- IT recruitment management experience
- Experience doing 360 recruitment yourself, managing IT recruiters, coaching developing, training, hiring the full management package of experience is needed
- Someone who has knowledge of SAAS would be amazing but not essential
- You must want to be in the office 5 days a week
- You must want to grow the team and develop your own career they want to get to 30 people ASAP, they have 12 currently in the business (not all recruiters as there are owners and back office team members)
