The company is a very well-known and established IT recruitment agency and is seeking to grow its recruitment team due to increased growth and investment.

They are looking to hire at all levels, but are particularly keen on experienced recruiters. You will ideally have IT recruitment experience and if you have IT Infrastructure recruitment experience even better, however, they are also very open to training the right person in a new market. So if you are looking to switch markets and start a role in IT sector then this could also be an amazing option for you.

Our client is a very successful high billing and growing Recruitment agency. The team that is hiring recruits high-volume IT roles mainly in Infrastructure.

The role will be 360 with about 50% expectation of new business and 50% working on existing roles with current clients. sot here is lots to get you going on desk.

  • Sourcing candidates of all levels through a variety of methods
  • Reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Managing client relationships
  • Winning new client business through cold calling, networking and marketing techniques (after training, gradually over time)
  • Organising interviews and giving feedback to both parties as well as offering market and recruitment advice to both candidates and clients
  • Working towards and exceeding targets related to numerous parts of the job

This is a volume recruitment role, so you will be spending a lot of time calling people with most of your day spent speaking to people on the phone, therefore you must really love to talk! The average fees are £4K, and you will be expected to do several a month. So this will suit someone that enjoys speaking to candidates in the £20K to £40K space predominantly.

The Requirements

  • You will likely have two years of recruitment experience, however, if you still think you will be a good fit, please apply you may, for example, have very relevant industry experience or a business development background
  • Hard-working and passionate about recruitment in general.
  • Demonstrable achievements within previous recruitment roles and good billings or placement numbers.
  • Experience proactively sourcing passive candidates would be ideal.
  • Happy to work at a high pace in a high-volume environment
  • Friendly, happy, positive people get on well at interviews here
