Delivery Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Team Manager Levels considered

My client a very successful and growing Construction recruitment agency based near Monument are looking for 6 experienced recruitment consultants to join their team ASAP.

The agency cover blue collar, trades and Labour and White collar roles in a range of construction industries. They are open to consultants that have a resourcing, delivery, account management or 360 background. They recruit into the UK and into Europe and are rapidly expanding and very high billing.

• Parking onsite (free)
• 4 days in the office (1 from home)
• 3pm finish on a Friday

• 17.5% to 30% commission on billings

Ideal candidate

• Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience in construction recruitment
• You will have experience recruiting in a built environment sector and have done construction recruitment.
• Ideally you will have Business Development experience, however they will also look at delivery and candidate focused consultants.
• You will need a car and driving licence as you will be required to visit sites to meet clients.
• They are hiring 6 positions at the moment, They have one delivery consultant role hiring Fire Protection, they are looking for 4 plus 360 consultants in a range of Blue/White collar markets, specifically in M&E and Data Center ideally, then they are also open to hiring someone to do a Business Development only role, and bring in business and accounts to feed into the team, and can look at hiring a delivery consultant to support.
